CIC高压差分探头,有高精度和电压,高共模抑制比。
CIC Research DP系列高压差分探头采用新的技术,特别是针对高压,高共模,高速信号的测量时,我们的高压差分探头的性能较好于传统高压探头。同时,该高压差分探头提供高精度测量的同时,保证其拥有极低的偏置电压。
CIC Research DP高压差分探头采用特殊的电源供电模块,使高压探头拥有更高的稳定度以及更低的噪声。其LVC高精度系列的高压探头,内部元件采用极低的温度系数和电压系数,可以提供极高的测试精度。所有有源的高压差分探头输出阻抗50Ω,可以适用于示波器,电压表。
